Currently building and contributing to many innovations and features across various products in the servicedesk team at Australia's biggest tech company.
Working on several key projects across the servicedesk team:
- Change Management Calendar: Developed a comprehensive tool for users to efficiently manage and schedule their requests and tickets
- Comment Restrictions: Enhanced the comment system with granular controls allowing restriction of comments to specific groups or roles
- Share Request with Groups: Extended the ticket creation workflow to enable sharing requests with designated groups or roles
- Queue Groups: Improved agent efficiency by implementing functionality to group and organize different queues together
- Visual Regression and A11y Tool: Created an internal development tool that automatically enforces accessibility standards and checks for visual regressions across pull requests
